Polite to work with. This company was paid to pack fragile items inclusive of artwork some notably expensive, glass table tops and move household belongings into storage. Upon return from working away, owners realized that in fact glass tables and expensive art was indeed not packed at all. Artwork destroyed. Items boxed and packed were not stored properly. Heavy boxes had been placed on lightweight containers. Furniture scratched. Leather chair marked and unfixable. Set heavy weight furniture on top of light weight furniture. Only movers we know of that do not have bed bags to move mattresses and box springs. Extremely upset with lack of care taken with our belongings. Fee for same move in reverse order half the price that FD charged. Would NEVER recommend these movers to anyone ever again. So very sorry we ever used them.
